Payments Policy

DMR offers two payment methods: cash on delivery (COD) and secure card payment online. This page explains how each works and how refunds are paid.

Cash on delivery

• Available nationwide on all courier routes.
• You pay the courier when the order arrives at your door.
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, nothing is charged.
• If you refuse the parcel after dispatch, you are not charged.

Card payment

• Card payments are processed through our payment gateway over an encrypted connection.
• We never store card numbers. Your card details go directly to the gateway and are not written to our systems — not even the last four digits.
• The charge appears immediately, and your order is confirmed right away.

Prices and charges

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and are the final prices for the product. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout by city and weight and is always shown before you pay. Orders over Rs. 10,000 (before discounts) ship free — see the Shipping Policy.

Refunds

• Card orders are refunded to the original card through the payment gateway.
• COD orders are refunded by manual bank transfer once the refund is approved.

Refunds include the delivery fee when the refund is for a cancelled order or an approved return. See the Refund Policy for details.

Payment security

Card transactions are encrypted in transit and processed only by our payment provider. If you ever see an unexpected charge, contact us immediately with your order number so we can investigate.
