DMR collects only the information needed to fulfil orders and enquiries. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- Order details — name, phone, delivery address and the items you ordered, so we can deliver and support your order.
- Account details — email and phone for login, order history and tracking notifications.
- Enquiries — messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, so we can improve the site. Pixel-based analytics are off by default.
What we never collect
- Card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
- Passwords in readable form. Account passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
- Unnecessary personal data. We do not buy, sell or share customer lists.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver orders, and to send tracking updates.
- To answer support questions and process returns and refunds.
- To send order-related email (never marketing without your consent).
Who we share data with
- Couriers — the name, phone and address needed to deliver your parcel.
- Payment gateway — for card transactions (they never receive more than the transaction details).
- Email provider — to send order and enquiry email.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, refunds and accounting. Enquiry messages are kept until the matter is closed.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate details.
- Request deletion of your account and related data — contact us and we will action it.
