Shipping Policy

DMR delivers across Pakistan. Every order ships through our courier network, and you can track it from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide — all four provinces, plus Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan. Delivery is available to residential and business addresses.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout from your city and the weight of your order. Cities with active courier rates are charged those rates; for any other city we fall back to our standard flat fee. The exact fee is always shown before you pay.

• Orders over Rs. 10,000 (before discounts) ship free.
• Orders below that threshold pay the fee shown at checkout.
• Cash on delivery is available on all courier routes.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before our daily cutoff are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. All times are Pakistan Standard Time (PKT).

• Dispatch: 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
• Delivery: typically 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the courier route to your city.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas and public holidays can add time. You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order leaves our facility.

Use the order tracking page with your order number (DMR-xxxxx) to follow your parcel at every step.

Multiple orders

We dispatch each order separately, even if several are placed close together. The free shipping threshold applies per order.
