How returns work at Dub My Ride

What can be returned

We accept returns for damaged items and wrong items — the product arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered. This is covered for 7 days from delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, because car accessories are size- and model-specific, and most cannot be resold after opening.

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Have your order number ready.
2. Send a photo of the damage or the mismatch so we can confirm the issue.
3. We confirm the return and arrange pickup or provide the return address.
4. Once the item is back with us and checked, your refund is processed.

How refunds are paid

• Card orders: refunded to the original card through the payment gateway. It usually appears within a few business days.
• COD orders: refunded by manual bank transfer. We ask for your bank details and transfer the amount once the return is checked.

The refund includes the delivery fee you paid when the return is for a damaged or wrong item. It is per item, so if only part of your order is affected, only that part is refunded.
