Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on dubmyride.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

Orders

• Orders are fulfilled in Pakistan only, through our nationwide courier network.
• An order is confirmed when you complete checkout and receive an order number (DMR-xxxxx).
• We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the order details cannot be verified. If a card payment was taken, it is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include no hidden charges. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices shown are the current prices at the time of order. A price change after your order does not affect it.
• Payment is accepted by cash on delivery or card, as described in the Payments Policy.

Delivery

Delivery windows and fees are described in the Shipping Policy. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays caused by weather, holidays or remote routes are outside our control.

Returns and cancellations

Returns are accepted for damaged or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, as described in the Returns Policy. Cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy.

Fitment

Every product states its fitment — universal, brand-wide, or specific models and years. It is your responsibility to check fitment before ordering. Our support team will help you verify it, and our guides explain how.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and contact details accurate.
• Order numbers are public references; internal order data is never disclosed to third parties.
